Consultation scheduling chat
When you open the scheduling chat, an automated assistant helps collect contact details, learning goals and scheduling preferences. Special Ed Resource uses this information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a consultation and follow up.
The service uses Cloudflare hosting, Anthropic’s AI service, and our customer-management and scheduling systems. Please do not submit student records, diagnoses, payment credentials or other sensitive documents in the chat.
Phone links open your device’s calling application. External links take you to websites governed by their own privacy policies.
Page attribution and measurement
We use browser session storage to remember the public page where this visit began. If you open scheduling chat, that page helps us understand which tutoring information led to the conversation. Browser storage is also used to avoid counting the same confirmed appointment repeatedly.
On our public NC domain, Google Analytics measures page views, consultation-link clicks, phone-link clicks and confirmed online bookings. Our event code sends public page paths and event names, not contact details, student records, chat messages or appointment identifiers. URL query strings are excluded, and referring URLs are reduced to the site origin. Analytics may use cookies and device information. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this integration.
